Hola a todos,
Aquí os adjunto mi propuesta, en sus dos versiones:
- Relleno liso con color Web php.net
- Relleno con textura color azul (más moderno)

Its cleaner, straight to the point and better readable :-)
I would move the "Barcelona" out of the icon, to make it even cleaner and nicer (similar to: http://s-nm.de/phpBarcelonaLogov2a.png sorry .. quick shot ;). Another solution would be to "cut out" some whitespace around the letters that are laying over the icon, what do you think?
I agree with everything you say. Tomorrow, I'll try mend it (transparency, move "Barcelona", that kind of things, ...) Thanks for the comment
